ALS works at the customer's location, with responsibility for project deliverables. ALS supplies the majority of the project team's skills and personnel. The customer often provides some subject-matter expertise and technical support to facilitate the transition to post-implementation operations and maintenance.
OFFSITE PROJECTS
ALS works offsite, with responsibility for deliverables. Our primary offsite work facility is our Virginia IT center, where our proven methodologies and control enable us to provide our customers with quality results in a secure environment.
